Lexar Platinum II 16 GB 60x Class 4 SDHC Flash Memory Card LSD16GBSBNA060 Decide Now


After about 3 months of careful use the locking tab on this card snapped off completely.
I wouldn't normally care since I never lock my cards, but now the card thinks it's locked all the time, so it's completely unusable.

Even worse, Lexar's customer service has been ignoring my repeated e-mails asking them how I can return my card to get it repaired/replaced.
I've been trying to contact them for over a month using their forms on their website, and I've still gotten no response.

Not only is this an unreliable piece of trash, but the incredibly unresponsive customer service means that if your card happens to break, it will be almost impossible for you to get Lexar to acknowledge their warranty obligations.

EDIT: I have been trying to contact Lexar's customer support to get a warranty replacement for over a month now, and have been completely ignored. Countless e-mails and calls have all gone unreturned.
