Low Price Musician's Gear Deluxe Amp Stand, Black

I use this amp stand both at practice and for small/medium gigs. It's held up great since I bought it. It appears to be made out of the same material as some of the more expensive lines of stands I've used over the years (Quik-Lok, Ultimate, etc).

No issues at all and a great buy for the money.Get more detail about Musician's Gear Deluxe Amp Stand, Black.

Buy Korg nanoPAD USB Drum Controller, Black

oh my. so much fun. i have never used anything MIDI before so I was a bit skeptical about the learning curve of getting this thing to work and truthfully it did take a few days to really get it all going the way I wanted it. I wanted to use this unit to record drums, previously I had used a keyboard that had drum sounds but it went down.

So the first thing was to get the computer to recognize the thing, not too bad after downloading all the software and drives from the Korg website. Next i needed some drum sounds and software that would play the sounds. the nano comes with some Toontrack lite program that is lame. no toms, no ride...etc. so i downloaded the free version of FL studio (fruity loops) and then go to channels>add one>FPC and bang it loads up a drum set! sweet. from there you can change to the Tama or a Gretch and add a little verb and it sounds real good. now I play drums all the time. while sitting watching TV, while working with headphones on, or while recording actual songs!

The most fun toy I have gotten in years!Get more detail about Korg nanoPAD USB Drum Controller, Black.

Korg nanoKONTROL USB Controller, Black Decide Now

If you plan to use the scene button as a MIDI button, it do not work as of 05/06/2010. I felt it was a reasonable request, so I sent an email to Korg, and I actually got a reply. But for how long will I be able to use it for my purpose, no idea.

The scene button changes all the rest of the MIDI buttons to make them "new controls." It also comes with a nice software so that it is easy to change the controls if you wish to do so.Get more detail about Korg nanoKONTROL USB Controller, Black.

Buying Musician's Gear Tripod Mic Stand with Telescoping Boom, Black

Mic stand arrived partially damaged but still functional. Even with the damage, which was mostly cosmetic, it was still worth the price. The seller however rectified the problem at no cost. For items this inexpensive, the service I received was surprising good. One of the best online purchasing experiences I've had; I feel like the seller overdid themselves with respect to the price of the product.Get more detail about Musician's Gear Tripod Mic Stand with Telescoping Boom, Black.
