I bought this to connect the headset jack on my Slacker G2 portable player to the single Aux jack on my Altec Lansing T621 portable stereo system in my office at work. It works great. Same excellent result when I connect the headset jack on my BlackBerry Tour to listen to music.

This product has quality written all over it. Not only does it use gold plated plugs, but consists of a "double wire" (like in an electrical extension cord) rather than a single wire. The sound quality is superior with no distortion or loss of quality, and the cable is sturdy and durable.

I have used various audio connecting cords over the years and like this one the best for connecting a headset jack to a single Aux jack. Note that on a stereo system that has both red and white audio jacks, you need to buy something different to get stereo sound. This product is only for when you are connecting to a single Aux jack.
