I bought this light for my husband's 40th birthday party. I threw a 70's Disco party and used this light to "make" the dance floor. I had considered renting a light-up dance floor but then thought "why spend the money when I could get this light and use it over and over?"
We don't have high ceilings so we put the light at an angle towards the corner of the room to maximize the lit-up area on the floor. Worked like a charm!
The lights move to the music (or you can turn that feature off) so you really feel like you're in a dance club. Am SO glad I bought this - it totally MADE the party! I can't wait to use it again!
