If you plan to use the scene button as a MIDI button, it do not work as of 05/06/2010. I felt it was a reasonable request, so I sent an email to Korg, and I actually got a reply. But for how long will I be able to use it for my purpose, no idea.
The scene button changes all the rest of the MIDI buttons to make them "new controls." It also comes with a nice software so that it is easy to change the controls if you wish to do so.Get more detail about Korg nanoKONTROL USB Controller, Black.
